CoachTrack is a professional mobile application that helps fitness trainers and personal trainers manage their client information.

Data Responsibility

CoachTrack is a software tool. The trainer using the application is solely responsible for the collection, storage, and processing of their clients' personal data under GDPR and applicable local laws. It is your obligation as a trainer to obtain explicit consent from your clients before entering any personal data into the application. CoachTrack acts only as a technical tool in this process.

1. What Data Do We Process?

The following information manually entered by the trainer is processed by the application:

• First name, last name, age
• Phone number, email address
• Height, weight, body measurements (arm, leg, waist, etc.), body fat percentage
• Exercise plans, sets, reps, and weight records
• Nutrition plans (calories, protein, carbohydrates, fat)
• Appointment dates and session history
• Trainer notes

We do not process medical data. No diagnosis, medication, medical history, or clinical information is requested or stored.

2. Where Is Data Stored?

All data is stored exclusively on the local storage of the device where the app is installed. Data is never sent to any server, never stored in the cloud, never shared with third parties, and never used for advertising.

3. AI Coach Feature

The AI Coach feature uses the Google Gemini API. Only the general workout context of the relevant client is sent. Identity information such as name, phone, and email is never transmitted to the API. For Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy

4. Data Sharing

The Share feature only works at the trainer's explicit request. The trainer retains full control over content shared via WhatsApp or email.
